Ewa is a passioned somatic therapist dedicated to supporting her clients on their healing journey. She provides psychosomatic therapy for all the spectrum of trauma, and uses a variety of tools to be at service to her clients. Ewa’s toolbox includes, but is not limited to, variety of somatic techniques, individual and group work, yoga and breathing techniques, addressing autistic spectrum, working with sexual trauma.
Crafting her professional work, Ewa had an opportunity to work alongside the most renowned teachers from all over the world training both with somatic approach and systemic constellations. 

​About SE (Somatic Experiencing)
SE is a psychosomatic therapy which embraces the entire spectrum of trauma. It will benefit both those who have already worked with other therapy modalities and those who haven’t sought for therapeutic support before. It is especially suited for individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, struggling with stress, grief, or anger. As well as to those who struggle with chronic fatigue syndrome, insecurities, low self- esteem or mood swings. 

About FC (Family Constellations)
Ewa facilitates group workshops with the method of Family and Systemic Constellations by Berth Hellinger. This modality allows an insight into the underlying dynamics in our relations with others. Through this work we can get a deeper understanding of blockages, entanglements or concerning patterns in different aspects of our lives.
